🎯 Key Responsibilities – Test Lead
Lead and manage end-to-end QA activities across multiple projects
Define test strategy, test plans, and quality gates
Drive automation testing initiatives using industry-standard tools

Ensure high-quality releases through defect management & root cause analysis
Collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and stakeholders
