🧩 Role Overview – SQA Automation Engineer
Josh Technology Group is hiring an SQA Automation Engineer to strengthen its software testing and automation capabilities.
This role is ideal for professionals with hands-on software testing experience who are ready to work on meaningful projects and contribute to product quality through automation expertise.
In this role, you will:
• Design and execute automation test strategies
• Work closely with development and product teams
• Ensure reliable, high-quality software delivery
You will play a key role in building stable, scalable, and efficient quality processes.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
• Develop, maintain, and execute automation test scripts
• Perform functional, regression, and end-to-end testing
• Build test coverage for web and product-based applications
• Collaborate with developers, QA team members, and product owners
• Identify, log, track, and verify defects accurately
• Support release readiness and production validation
• Improve automation frameworks and testing efficiency
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies
• Ensure product quality through structured QA processes
• Contribute to continuous improvement in testing practices
🎯 Experience & Qualification Requirements
• Graduate / Post-Graduate in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• 2–5 years of experience in Software Testing with strong Automation expertise
• Hands-on experience in Automation Testing
• Good understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Ability to work from office in Gurugram / Gurgaon
⭐ Nice to Have Skills
• Experience with automation frameworks
• Exposure to API testing
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools
• Familiarity with test management tools like Jira
• Experience in product-based environments
