🧩 Role Overview – Lead QA / QA Manager (Python Automation Focus)
Epsilon has two open positions for experienced QA professionals: one Lead QA and one QA Manager.
These are highly hands-on roles, with approximately 70–80% of the work focused on technical execution, automation, and validation. The ideal candidate should bring strong practical experience in Python Automation Testing and modern test framework development.
In this role, you will:
• Lead and execute automation initiatives across projects
• Work hands-on with Python-based automation frameworks
• Ensure high-quality delivery through robust testing practices
You will play a key role in strengthening automation coverage, quality standards, and delivery confidence.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and maintain automation test scripts using Python
• Work hands-on with Playwright and Pytest for automation execution
• Build and support BDD-based automation frameworks
• Develop and maintain Robot Framework test suites
• Perform SQL validation and backend data checks
• Lead functional, regression, and end-to-end testing efforts
• Collaborate with development, QA, and product teams
• Analyze defects, report issues, and support resolution
• Contribute to test strategy, execution planning, and quality metrics
• Drive automation best practices and process improvements
🎯 Experience & Qualification Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field preferred
• Strong hands-on experience in Python Automation Testing
• 3–4+ years of relevant experience in QA Automation
• Experience with Playwright and Pytest
• Knowledge of BDD frameworks
• Experience with Robot Framework
• Strong SQL knowledge for data validation
• Good understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Leadership or team coordination experience
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines
• API testing experience
• Experience with enterprise-scale applications
• Familiarity with Git, Jenkins, or similar tools
