🧩 Role Overview – QA Automation Engineer
Techior Solutions Pvt Ltd is hiring a passionate QA Automation Engineer with experience in both Manual and Automation Testing.
This role is ideal for professionals who enjoy testing applications, building automation coverage, and ensuring smooth product releases across web and mobile platforms.
In this role, you will:
• Perform manual and automation testing activities
• Validate application quality across multiple platforms
• Support performance, load, and database testing initiatives
You will play a key role in improving software reliability, performance, and user experience.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
• Design, execute, and maintain manual and automation test cases
• Develop automation scripts using Selenium with Java
• Perform Performance and Load Testing using JMeter
• Conduct Web and Mobile Application Testing
• Perform Database Testing and data validation activities
• Identify, document, and track defects using bug tracking tools
• Collaborate with developers and QA teams for issue resolution
• Support regression, functional, integration, and smoke testing
• Maintain test documentation and execution reports
• Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes
🎯 Experience & Qualification Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field preferred
• 1–3 years of experience in QA / Software Testing
• Hands-on experience with Selenium (Java)
• Experience in JMeter for Performance and Load Testing
• Knowledge of Web & Mobile Testing
• Experience with bug tracking tools and Database Testing
• Good understanding of SDLC & STLC
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
• Comfortable working from office in Nagpur
