🎯 Role Overview
The QA Analyst will be responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of enterprise applications and data-driven solutions. The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, developers, and testing teams to validate system functionality, verify business requirements, and ensure production-ready software releases.
This role is ideal for professionals with strong expertise in Java-based testing environments, test automation, defect management, SQL validation, and Agile methodologies. The position plays a critical role in maintaining software excellence while supporting business growth and operational efficiency.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
✅ Collaborate with business and technical teams to understand requirements and define comprehensive testing strategies.
✅ Design, develop, and execute detailed test cases to validate application functionality, performance, and data accuracy.
✅ Identify, document, prioritize, and track software defects through resolution.
✅ Perform regression testing to ensure application stability following enhancements, patches, and system updates.
✅ Contribute to test automation frameworks and support automation initiatives across projects.
✅ Validate backend data using SQL queries and perform data integrity testing.
✅ Ensure compliance with established QA standards, testing methodologies, and industry best practices.
✅ Prepare and communicate testing progress reports, quality metrics, risks, and test outcomes to stakeholders.
✅ Participate actively in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and sprint activities.
✅ Continuously improve testing processes, methodologies, and test coverage to enhance software quality.
