🧩 Role Overview – Software Tester / QA Engineer
Nipralo Technologies is hiring a QA Engineer / Software Tester with 6 months to 1+ year of experience.
This role is ideal for candidates who have strong manual testing knowledge and want to build a career in quality assurance, test execution, bug reporting, and agile delivery processes.
In this role, you will:
• Perform testing across websites, web apps, and software systems
• Report defects clearly and collaborate with developers
• Support quality assurance activities across releases
You will play a key role in ensuring product stability, usability, and smooth delivery.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
• Perform Manual Testing for websites, web applications, and software systems
• Create, review, and execute test cases and test scenarios
• Identify, document, and track bugs with proper reproduction steps
• Work with development teams to verify issue resolution
• Support regression, functional, and exploratory testing cycles
• Maintain reporting sheets and QA documentation
• Participate in Agile/Scrum meetings and sprint discussions
• Assist with cross-browser testing and basic API validation
• Contribute to QA process improvements and release readiness
• Ensure product quality and smooth functionality before release
🎯 Experience & Qualification Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field preferred
• 6 months to 1+ year of experience in Software Testing / QA
• Strong manual testing knowledge
• Experience testing websites, web apps, and software systems
• Good bug reporting and communication skills
• Understanding of Jira, Agile/Scrum workflows, and reporting sheets
• Basic knowledge of automation testing is a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Good communication and teamwork skills
