💫 AEM Adaptive Forms Development & Customization
As an AEM Forms Developer, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-grade Adaptive Forms using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). The role demands hands-on expertise in building dynamic, scalable, and secure forms that deliver seamless user experiences across devices. You will be responsible for implementing best practices in Adaptive Forms development while ensuring performance, usability, and compliance standards are met.
💫 Form Data Model (FDM) & Backend Integration
You will design and implement Form Data Models to enable seamless integration between AEM Forms and backend systems such as REST services, SOAP APIs, and enterprise databases. This responsibility ensures smooth data flow, real-time validation, and accurate submission handling, making forms reliable for complex business workflows and mission-critical applications.
💫 Performance Optimization & Scalability
A key responsibility of this role is optimizing Adaptive Forms performance using advanced AEM features such as Lazy Loading and efficient component rendering. You will analyze form behavior, identify bottlenecks, and implement optimizations to improve load times, responsiveness, and overall user satisfaction—especially for high-traffic enterprise applications.
💫 Reusable Architecture Using Form Fragments
You will architect forms with reusability and maintainability in mind by logically structuring form components and leveraging AEM Form Fragments. This approach ensures consistency across applications, reduces development effort, and simplifies long-term maintenance while aligning with enterprise architecture standards.
💫 Leadership, Mentoring & Technical Guidance
This role requires strong leadership capabilities. You will mentor and guide junior developers and team members on AEM Forms best practices, architectural decisions, and technical problem-solving. Your expertise will directly influence the quality, scalability, and delivery timelines of AEM-based solutions.
💫 SDLC Participation & Delivery Excellence
You will actively participate across all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including requirement analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and support. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders, architects, QA teams, and project managers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions aligned with business objectives.
💫 Analytical Thinking & Problem Solving
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential for this role. You will troubleshoot complex form behaviors, resolve integration issues, and proactively identify risks before they impact production. Your ability to think logically and propose scalable technical solutions will be a key success factor.
💫 Stakeholder Communication & Collaboration
High communication proficiency is mandatory. You will interact with cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, and clients to understand requirements, explain technical solutions, provide progress updates, and ensure alignment between business needs and technical implementation.
🔍 Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
💫 7–13 years of overall IT experience with minimum 4+ years of hands-on AEM Forms and Adaptive Forms experience (mandatory).
💫 Strong expertise in Adaptive Forms development, customization, and optimization.
💫 Hands-on experience with Form Data Models (FDM) and backend system integrations.
💫 Proven experience in performance optimization techniques such as Lazy Loading.
💫 Strong understanding of reusable form architecture using Form Fragments.
💫 Experience in leading and mentoring technical teams on AEM technologies (mandatory).
💫 Solid understanding of SDLC processes and enterprise delivery models.
💫 Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
