Saanvi Tech is looking for a Senior ReactJS/NextJS Developer to lead a critical 4-month project. At 6–7 years of experience, we expect you to be more than just a coder—you should be a performance architect. This role is strictly remote but follows standard business hours to ensure seamless team collaboration. You will be responsible for building and maintaining high-scale web applications where speed is a product feature. Your daily tasks will involve auditing Core Web Vitals, restructuring code for better maintainability, and ensuring that the NextJS power features (SSR/SSG) are utilized effectively to drive SEO and user experience.
🛠️ Must-Have Skills & Technical Expertise
✅ Master-Level ReactJS
Expert use of Hooks (useMemo, useCallback, useTransition) and Context API for state management.
Strong focus on Functional Components and avoiding unnecessary re-renders.
✅ NextJS Rendering Mastery
Proficiency in SSR (Server-Side Rendering), SSG (Static Site Generation), and ISR (Incremental Static Regeneration).
Deep understanding of App Router vs. Pages Router and choosing the right use client boundaries.
Hands-on with data fetching methods: getStaticProps, getServerSideProps, and modern React Server Components (RSC).
✅ Performance & Optimization
Core Web Vitals: Optimizing LCP (Largest Contentful Paint) and CLS (Cumulative Layout Shift).
Bundle Optimization: Code splitting, tree shaking, and dynamic imports to reduce initial JS load.
Hydration Fixes: Resolving "Hydration failed" errors and mismatch issues between server and client.
