🔍 Essential Skillset & Responsibilities:
💫 Manual Testing & Quality Assurance Execution
The Software Tester / QA will be responsible for executing end-to-end manual testing of web-based applications, ensuring software quality, functionality, and usability before release. The role focuses on validating business requirements, identifying defects early, and supporting stable production releases.
💫 Test Case Design, Execution & Reporting
You will create detailed test cases, test scenarios, and test reports based on functional and technical requirements. Strong documentation skills are essential to clearly communicate test coverage, defects, and quality risks to development and management teams.
💫 Web Application Testing Lifecycle
The role involves testing across different stages of the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) including functional testing, regression testing, smoke testing, and sanity testing for web applications.
💫 Analytical Thinking & Defect Identification
You will analyze application behavior, identify inconsistencies, and log defects with clear reproduction steps. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required to ensure accurate defect identification and validation.
💫 Performance Testing Awareness (Plus Skill)
While not mandatory, basic understanding or exposure to performance testing concepts is considered an added advantage and will support future career growth within QA and testing domains.
🔍 Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
💫 1–2 years of hands-on experience in Manual Software Testing
💫 Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
💫 Certified course in Software Testing (mandatory preference)
💫 Experience in testing web applications end-to-end
💫 Strong understanding of STLC and defect reporting
💫 Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills
💫 Willingness to work on-site at Navi Mumbai location
💫 Knowledge of performance testing concepts is a plus

🕘 Shift Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
📆 Week Off: Saturday & Sunday
