🔍 Essential Skillset & Responsibilities:

💫 Mobile Automation Testing & Quality Engineering Ownership

As a Mobile Automation Test Engineer at UST, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality, stability, and performance of enterprise-grade mobile applications. You will work across Android and iOS platforms, contributing to high-quality releases through robust automation strategies and execution.

💫 Mobile Automation Framework Development & Execution

You will design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using Appium and Selenium, ensuring scalable and maintainable test automation frameworks. Strong expertise in Java and Cucumber (BDD) will be leveraged to build reliable automation suites for mobile and API layers.

💫 Android & iOS Application Testing

The role involves extensive hands-on testing of native and hybrid mobile applications on Android and iOS platforms. You will validate functionality, usability, and cross-device compatibility across multiple OS versions and device types.

💫 API Automation & Backend Validation

You will perform API automation testing, validating backend services that support mobile applications. Ensuring data accuracy, integration stability, and service reliability will be a core responsibility in this role.

💫 Agile Collaboration & CI/CD Integration

You will work closely with developers, product owners, and DevOps teams in an Agile environment. Automation suites will be integrated with CI/CD pipelines to enable continuous testing and faster feedback cycles.

💫 Defect Management & Quality Reporting

You will identify, log, and track defects with clear documentation, supporting root cause analysis and faster resolution. Regular reporting on automation coverage, execution status, and quality metrics will support release readiness decisions.

🔍 Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

💫 Strong hands-on experience in Mobile Testing (Android & iOS)

💫 Expertise in Appium, Selenium, and Mobile Automation Frameworks

💫 Proficiency in Java and Cucumber (BDD)

💫 Experience in API Automation Testing

💫 Good understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile/Scrum methodologies

💫 Ability to work in fast-paced, delivery-focused enterprise projects

💫 Strong analytical, debugging, and communication skills
