🧩 Role Overview
Selected candidates will work on business-critical applications, digital platforms, and automation initiatives while ensuring high-quality releases and seamless customer experience.
You will:
• Execute testing cycles across web, mobile, API, and enterprise platforms
• Build scalable automation solutions
• Work closely with development, product, and client teams
• Drive continuous quality improvements
🔧 Key Responsibilities
• Perform Functional, Regression, Integration, and UAT Testing
• Design and execute test cases, scenarios, and test plans
• Build automation frameworks for API/UI testing
• Perform defect logging, retesting, and lifecycle management
• Validate Guidewire workflows and insurance modules (for relevant roles)
• Develop Playwright automation suites for modern applications
• Perform API automation using REST tools/frameworks
• Collaborate in Agile/Scrum delivery environments
• Maintain QA reports, dashboards, and release quality metrics
• Ensure timely and stable software releases
🎯 Experience & Qualification Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field preferred
• 4–12 years of experience in Software Testing / QA
• Strong experience in relevant role technologies
• Good understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile practices
• Hands-on experience with defect tracking tools (JIRA / ADO etc.)
• Strong analytical and debugging skills
• Good communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Ability to work in remote or hybrid environments
