🧩 Role Overview – Quality Assurance Engineer
We are looking for a detail-oriented QA Engineer with 2–6 years of experience to join our growing team. The role involves ensuring product quality across web and mobile applications through effective manual testing, API validation, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
This is a great opportunity to work on real-world healthcare products and enhance your QA expertise in a collaborative and growth-focused setup.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
• Perform manual testing for web and mobile applications (functional, usability, performance basics)
• Design and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test plans
• Conduct API testing and validate data integrity using tools like Postman
• Identify, log, track, and manage defects using tools like Jira
• Perform cross-browser and cross-device testing
• Collaborate with developers, QA team, and product stakeholders
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to QA strategy
• Ensure high product quality and timely release delivery
🎯 Required Skills
• Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC & Defect Lifecycle
• Hands-on experience in Manual Testing (Web + Mobile)
• Experience with API Testing (Postman)
• Familiarity with cross-browser / cross-device testing
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities
• Automation exposure (Selenium / Playwright)
• Performance testing experience (JMeter)
• Experience in healthcare or regulated domains
• Agile/Scrum environment exposure
• Work on impactful healthcare & medical software products
