🧩 Role Overview – Test Analyst (QA Automation + Functional Testing)
Everest Consulting is hiring an experienced Test Analyst with expertise in QA Automation and Functional Testing.
This role is ideal for professionals with strong experience in ATF, Selenium, and ServiceNow application testing, along with solid understanding of Agile delivery practices.
In this role, you will:
• Perform functional validation and automation testing
• Work closely with Agile teams and stakeholders
• Ensure stable and high-quality software delivery
You will play a key role in strengthening QA processes and improving release confidence across enterprise applications.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
• Perform functional validation and testing across enterprise applications
• Design, execute, and maintain automation test scripts
• Work on ServiceNow application testing and validation
• Collaborate with Agile teams to ensure quality deliverables
• Understand business requirements and prepare effective test scenarios
• Identify, track, and report defects using Agile tools like JIRA
• Participate in sprint planning, testing cycles, and release activities
• Support regression, integration, and end-to-end testing
• Ensure proper test coverage and documentation
• Contribute to QA process improvements and automation initiatives
🎯 Experience & Qualification Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field preferred
• 6+ years of experience in QA Automation and Functional Testing
• Strong hands-on experience with ATF & Selenium
• Experience testing applications in ServiceNow (mandatory)
• Good understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies
• Hands-on experience with JIRA or similar Agile tools
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Ability to work in fast-paced Agile environments
