🧩 Role Overview – Senior QA Engineer
Ziventra is hiring an experienced Senior QA Engineer with strong expertise in both Automation and Manual Testing.
This role is ideal for professionals who have hands-on experience with Selenium, Java, API testing, and Agile delivery environments.
In this role, you will:
• Design and execute automation and manual test strategies
• Validate APIs, backend services, and enterprise applications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality releases
You will play a key role in improving automation coverage, release quality, and delivery confidence.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and execute automation test scripts using Selenium + Java
• Perform Manual Testing across functional and regression workflows
• Conduct API testing using REST Assured, Postman, and SOAP services
• Validate application functionality, usability, and integrations
• Identify, document, and track defects effectively
• Collaborate with developers, QA teams, and stakeholders
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and sprint activities
• Support regression, smoke, integration, and end-to-end testing
• Improve automation frameworks and QA processes
• Ensure stable and high-quality software delivery
🎯 Experience & Qualification Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field preferred
• 5–7 years of experience in QA / Software Testing
• Strong expertise in QA Automation and Manual Testing
• Hands-on experience with Selenium + Java Automation
• Experience in REST Assured / API Testing
• Knowledge of Postman and SOAP Services
• Good understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines
• Exposure to cloud-based testing environments
• Knowledge of database validation using SQL
• Experience with scalable automation framework design
