🧩 Role Overview – QA Test Engineers

PSR Tek is hiring experienced QA Test Engineers across multiple technology tracks for its Chennai and Pune teams.

This role is ideal for professionals with hands-on testing experience in enterprise platforms, automation frameworks, ETL validation, and API testing.

In this role, you will:

• Validate enterprise applications across functional and automation layers

• Work on UI, API, ETL, and domain-specific testing workflows

• Ensure high-quality delivery in fast-paced project environments

You will play a key role in improving test coverage, release confidence, and product reliability.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Perform manual and automation testing across enterprise applications

• Design, execute, and maintain test cases, scenarios, and regression suites

• Validate application workflows in PeopleSoft, SAP, ETL, and web platforms

• Develop and enhance automation scripts using modern frameworks

• Perform API testing and backend validation using Postman / Rest Assured

• Work with Agile teams to ensure timely defect resolution

• Track, analyze, and report defects with clear documentation

• Support release readiness and production validation

• Collaborate with developers, business teams, and QA stakeholders

• Contribute to continuous improvement in QA processes and automation coverage

🎯 Experience & Qualification Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field preferred

• 4+ years of experience in QA / Software Testing

• Strong hands-on experience in one or more of the following specializations:

PeopleSoft Testing

• PeopleSoft with Selenium or Playwright

SAP Testing

• SAP Finance Module

• Any Automation Tool (Selenium / Playwright)

ETL / Data Automation Testing

• ETL Data Automation

• Python

Automation Engineer

• Selenium + Java

• JavaScript

• GitHub

• Maven

• BDD Cucumber

• API Rest Assured

Cypress / Playwright Engineer

• Cypress or Playwright

• Selenium

• API Testing with Postman

Java Automation Engineer

• Java

• Selenium

• TestNG

• JUnit

• Rest Assured

Manual + API Tester

• Selenium and Java or Python

• API Testing

• Manual Testing

• Good understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

⭐ Nice to Have Skills

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines

• Exposure to enterprise finance or ERP systems

• Knowledge of database validation

• Familiarity with Git-based workflows

• Strong framework design and debugging experience
