🧩 Role Overview – Software Tester / Senior Software Tester – Automation
Euronet Worldwide is hiring skilled Software Testers and Senior Software Testers (Automation) for its Thane office.
This role is ideal for professionals with strong hands-on automation experience across web and desktop applications, along with a solid foundation in Java-based test frameworks and CI/CD integration.
In this role, you will:
• Build and maintain scalable automation solutions for enterprise applications
• Execute automated test suites across web and desktop environments
• Collaborate with QA, development, and product teams to ensure quality releases
You will play a key role in improving test coverage, release confidence, and automation efficiency across business-critical systems.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts for web and desktop applications using Selenium WebDriver and WinAppDriver
• Build, enhance, and maintain robust automation frameworks using TestNG or JUnit
• Analyze functional and technical requirements and convert them into effective automated test scenarios
• Collaborate closely with development, QA, and product teams to ensure high-quality deliverables
• Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines for timely and reliable execution
• Track, analyze, and report test execution results, defects, and coverage metrics
• Identify automation opportunities and continuously improve test efficiency and coverage
• Participate actively in sprint planning, design discussions, and code reviews
• Perform web application testing and support end-to-end validation efforts
• Contribute to automation best practices and process improvement initiatives
🎯 Experience & Qualification Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field preferred
• 3–7 years of experience in QA Automation / Software Testing
• Strong hands-on experience in Selenium WebDriver
• Experience with WinAppDriver is preferred
• Proficiency in Core Java (mandatory)
• JavaScript or TypeScript knowledge is an added advantage
• Experience with automation frameworks like TestNG or JUnit
• Strong understanding of Page Object Model (POM) and automation design principles
• Experience with build tools like Maven or Gradle
• Familiarity with Git / SVN version control systems
• Good understanding of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, XPath, and CSS Selectors
• Experience in API automation using RestAssured or Postman
• Hands-on experience in web application testing
⭐ Nice to Have Skills
• Exposure to desktop automation and enterprise applications
• Experience with CI/CD tools and pipelines
• Strong debugging and framework design experience
• Agile/Scrum delivery exposure
• Experience in financial technology or payment systems
