💫 End-to-End IT Recruitment Ownership
The IT Recruiter will be fully responsible for managing the complete recruitment lifecycle, including requirement understanding, sourcing, screening, coordination, offer management, and onboarding support. This role demands hands-on exposure to real-time hiring scenarios and fast-paced recruitment environments.
💫 Candidate Sourcing & Talent Acquisition Strategy
You will actively source suitable candidates using job portals, professional networks, social platforms, and internal databases. Strong experience in identifying relevant IT profiles, mapping skills to requirements, and engaging candidates effectively is critical for success in this role.
💫 Screening, Shortlisting & Communication Excellence
The role requires strong communication skills to conduct initial screening calls, assess technical and cultural fit, explain job roles clearly, and maintain positive candidate relationships throughout the hiring process.
💫 Recruitment Tracking & ATS Management
You will be responsible for maintaining accurate recruitment trackers using MS Excel and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). This includes tracking candidate progress, interview feedback, offer status, joining dates, and reporting hiring metrics to stakeholders.
💫 Stakeholder Coordination & Follow-Ups
You will coordinate closely with hiring managers and internal teams to ensure timely interview scheduling, feedback collection, and smooth closure of open positions. Proactive follow-ups and attention to detail are essential.
💫 Process Discipline & Recruitment Compliance
Ensuring recruitment data accuracy, maintaining documentation, and following internal hiring processes will be a key responsibility to support scalable and compliant recruitment operations.
🔍 Mandatory Skills & Qualifications:
💫 1–2 years of hands-on experience in End-to-End IT Recruitment.
💫 Proven experience in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting IT candidates.
💫 Strong verbal and written communication skills (mandatory).
💫 Hands-on experience with MS Excel and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
💫 Ability to maintain recruitment trackers and manage multiple requirements simultaneously.
💫 Strong organizational, follow-up, and coordination skills.
