🔍 Essential Skillset & Responsibilities:
💫 Manual & Automation Testing Execution
The QA Engineer will be responsible for executing comprehensive manual and basic automation testing activities across web and application-based projects. This includes validating functional flows, identifying defects early, and ensuring the overall quality and stability of software releases.
💫 Test Planning, Test Case Design & Documentation
You will design, review, and maintain detailed test plans and test cases based on business and technical requirements. Strong documentation skills are required to ensure traceability, clarity, and effective test coverage throughout the SDLC.
💫 SDLC & STLC Process Understanding
A solid understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) is essential. You will actively participate in requirement analysis, test planning, execution, defect reporting, and test closure activities.
💫 Defect Identification, Logging & Collaboration
The role involves identifying, documenting, and tracking defects with clear reproduction steps and expected outcomes. You will work closely with developers to validate fixes, retest impacted areas, and support smooth and timely releases.
💫 Communication & Problem-Solving Excellence
Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and effective communication are critical. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to clarify requirements, resolve issues, and continuously improve product quality.
🔍 Required Skills & Qualifications:
💫 1–2 years of hands-on experience in Manual and/or Automation Testing.
💫 Strong knowledge of QA processes, test plans, and test case creation.
💫 Good understanding of SDLC and STLC methodologies.
💫 Ability to identify bugs, document issues clearly, and follow through to resolution.
💫 Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
💫 Willingness to work from office (Indore – Onsite).
