🔍 Essential Skillset & Responsibilities:
💫 LMS Manual Testing for Digital Learning Platforms
This role requires hands-on experience in Manual Testing of Learning Management Systems (LMS) used in corporate training, digital education, and enterprise learning environments. You will be responsible for validating LMS workflows such as: Course creation and publishing, User enrollment and role-based access, Content delivery (videos, SCORM, quizzes, assessments), Progress tracking, certifications, and reports, Learner and admin dashboard functionality, Strong understanding of how learners, trainers, and administrators interact with LMS platforms is critical for this role.
💫 E-Learning & Corporate Training Domain Validation
The tester will work closely with business and product teams to ensure LMS platforms meet corporate training and digital learning standards.
You will validate:
Learning content accuracy and usability
Training module sequencing and completion rules
Assessment logic, scoring, and pass/fail criteria
Compliance with digital learning best practices
Experience in e-learning development, corporate training systems, or EdTech platforms is a strong advantage.
💫 Test Case Design, Execution & Defect Management
You will be responsible for:
Writing detailed test cases and test scenarios
Executing manual test cycles across LMS modules
Identifying, logging, and tracking defects
Supporting regression testing for new releases
Coordinating with developers and stakeholders for defect resolution
Attention to detail, structured testing, and clear documentation are key expectations.
🔍 Mandatory Skills & Eligibility Criteria:
💫 1–3 years of experience as an LMS Manual Tester
💫 Strong exposure to Digital Learning / E-Learning Platforms
💫 Experience in corporate training environments preferred
💫 Understanding of LMS workflows, content delivery, and learner management
💫 Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Education Technology, or related field
💫 Immediate to 7 days notice period only
