🔍 Role Overview – Senior QA / Test Engineer (SaaS | Voice AI)

We are hiring a Senior QA / Test Engineer to work on a next-generation SaaS-based Voice AI & Automation Platform. This role is ideal for QA professionals passionate about enterprise-scale SaaS products, API reliability, and performance-intensive AI systems.

You will be responsible for end-to-end quality assurance across UI, APIs, backend workflows, and system integrations in a fast-paced product engineering environment.

🧪 Key Responsibilities – Senior QA Engineer

🔹 UI & Automation Testing

Perform UI automation testing using Selenium

Design and execute robust regression test suites

Ensure UI workflows meet functional and business requirements

🔹 API & Backend Testing

Perform API testing using Postman

Validate request/response structures, data integrity, and error handling

Ensure seamless integration between UI, APIs, and backend services

🔹 Python & Pytest Automation

Write and maintain automation scripts using Python & Pytest

Improve test coverage and reusability across releases

🔹 Performance & Load Testing

Conduct load and performance testing for scalable SaaS systems

Identify bottlenecks and ensure platform stability under high traffic

🔹 Quality Ownership

Participate in test planning, execution, and defect lifecycle management

Collaborate closely with developers and product teams

Ensure release readiness and production quality

🧠 Required Skills & Expertise

3+ years of experience as a QA / Test Engineer

Strong hands-on experience with Selenium & UI Automation

Proficiency in Python scripting & Pytest

Solid experience in API testing using Postman

Knowledge of load & performance testing

Strong understanding of regression testing strategies

Experience testing enterprise-grade SaaS applications
