🧩 Role Overview – Manual Tester (Fintech | LOS & LMS Systems)
Harjai is hiring experienced Manual Testers with strong expertise in Lending Domain (LOS & LMS) to support enterprise-level financial applications.
This role is ideal for QA professionals looking to build deep expertise in high CPC domains like fintech, lending systems, and financial workflows.
In this role, you will:
• Perform end-to-end testing of lending applications
• Validate complex financial workflows and transactions
• Ensure accuracy, reliability, and compliance in systems
You will play a critical role in ensuring high-quality releases across loan lifecycle systems.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
• Perform end-to-end manual testing for web and mobile applications
• Validate lending workflows: application, eligibility, KYC, offer, disbursal, repayment
• Design and execute detailed test cases and scenarios
• Perform functional, regression, and integration testing
• Conduct API testing using Postman (GET, POST, PUT, DELETE)
• Perform backend validation using SQL queries
• Identify, log, and track defects using JIRA or similar tools
• Handle UAT cycles and coordinate with business stakeholders
• Perform data validation and reconciliation using advanced Excel
• Ensure system accuracy, data integrity, and compliance
🎯 Experience & Qualification Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• 3–5 years of experience in Manual Testing
• Mandatory experience in Lending/Fintech domain
• Strong knowledge of LOS (Loan Origination System) & LMS (Loan Management System)
• Hands-on experience in API Testing using Postman
• Basic SQL knowledge for data validation
• Strong experience with Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas)
• Experience with defect tracking tools (JIRA or similar)
• Experience handling UAT cycles and stakeholder communication
• Strong understanding of SDLC & STLC
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
⭐ Nice to Have Skills
• Experience with mobile app testing
• Exposure to automation testing basics
• Knowledge of compliance and financial regulations
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments
