🧩 Role Overview – Manual Test Engineer (Remote | Agile Testing Environment)
KTRIOX Consulting is hiring Manual Test Engineers to ensure high-quality delivery of enterprise and web-based applications.
This role is ideal for QA professionals looking to build expertise in functional testing, regression testing, and system validation—core high-demand areas in the QA ecosystem.
In this role, you will:
• Perform end-to-end manual testing across applications
• Validate product functionality and business requirements
• Ensure reliable and high-quality software releases
You will play a key role in maintaining product quality and enhancing user experience through structured QA processes.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
• Design, review, and execute detailed test cases and scenarios
• Perform functional, regression, and integration testing
• Identify, log, and track defects using JIRA/Bugzilla
• Validate application workflows and system behavior
• Execute regression cycles for release stability
• Collaborate with developers and cross-functional teams
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality releases
• Prepare test reports and documentation
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies
• Support continuous improvement of QA processes
🎯 Experience & Qualification Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• 2–8 years of experience in Manual Testing / QA
• Strong understanding of SDLC & STLC
• Hands-on experience in Functional, Regression, and System Testing
• Experience with defect tracking tools (JIRA / Bugzilla)
• Basic knowledge of SQL (preferred)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and collaboration abilities
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup
⭐ Nice to Have Skills
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Basic API Testing using Postman
• Exposure to Web and Mobile application testing
• Understanding of automation testing basics
