🧩 Role Overview – Senior QA Analyst (Fintech | Mobile & API Testing)
Zelevate is hiring an experienced Senior QA Analyst with strong expertise in Manual Testing for fintech applications.
This role is ideal for professionals who have hands-on experience in Android & iOS testing, API validation, backend workflows, and fintech platforms involving Cards, UPI, and Lending systems.
In this role, you will:
• Perform end-to-end quality validation for fintech applications
• Execute mobile, backend, and API testing workflows
• Ensure stable and high-quality production releases
You will play a critical role in improving product reliability, transaction accuracy, and customer experience across digital financial platforms.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
• Perform Manual Testing for Android and iOS mobile applications
• Execute API and backend testing using Postman and Swagger
• Conduct Functional, Regression, Exploratory, and Release Testing
• Validate fintech workflows related to Cards, UPI, and Lending systems
• Identify, log, track, and retest defects using Jira
• Perform backend data validation using SQL/NoSQL queries
• Work closely with developers, product managers, and release teams
• Participate in Agile sprint planning and release validation activities
• Ensure production readiness and release quality in fast-paced fintech environments
• Support continuous improvement of QA processes and testing strategies
🎯 Experience & Qualification Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field preferred
• 3–5 years of experience in QA Manual Testing
• Mandatory experience in Fintech domain testing
• Strong hands-on experience in Android & iOS Mobile App Testing
• Experience in API & Backend Testing using Postman/Swagger
• Good understanding of fintech systems including Cards, UPI, and Lending
• Experience with Regression, Release, and Exploratory Testing
• Knowledge of Jira, SQL/NoSQL, and CI/CD workflows
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in fast-paced release environments with ownership mindset
⭐ Nice to Have Skills
• Exposure to automation testing tools
• Experience with cloud-native fintech platforms
• Understanding of payment gateways and transaction lifecycle
• Agile/Scrum working experience
• Knowledge of production monitoring and release validation
