🧩 Role Overview – QA Manual Tester (Healthcare Domain)
Helixbeat is hiring an experienced QA Manual Tester with strong healthcare domain expertise.
This role is ideal for professionals with hands-on experience in healthcare application testing, EHR/EMR systems, eRx workflows, API validation, and functional testing.
In this role, you will:
• Validate healthcare applications and patient workflow systems
• Perform manual and functional testing across healthcare platforms
• Support quality assurance for critical healthcare operations
You will play a key role in ensuring application reliability, workflow accuracy, and high-quality healthcare software delivery.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
• Perform Manual and Functional Testing for healthcare applications
• Validate workflows related to EHR / EMR systems and eRx / e-Prescription processes
• Design, execute, and maintain test cases and testing scenarios
• Perform API testing using Postman
• Identify, log, track, and retest defects using Jira
• Collaborate with developers, QA teams, and business stakeholders
• Participate in requirement analysis and testing discussions
• Support regression testing and release validation activities
• Ensure application quality, usability, and workflow accuracy
• Contribute to QA process improvements and testing best practices
🎯 Experience & Qualification Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Healthcare IT, or related field preferred
• 3–5 years of QA / Manual Testing experience
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Healthcare domain testing
• Strong understanding of any one of the following:
• EHR / EMR systems
• eRx / e-Prescription workflows
• Hands-on experience in Manual Testing and Functional Testin
• Good knowledge of API testing using Postman
• Experience with defect tracking tools such as Jira
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and collaboration abilities
• Immediate joiners preferred

• Exposure to healthcare compliance and patient data workflows
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Basic SQL knowledge for backend validation
• Experience in healthcare interoperability workflows
• Understanding of healthcare release cycles and testing standards
