🔧 Key Responsibilities
• Perform manual and automation testing across enterprise systems
• Design, develop, and maintain reusable automation frameworks
• Execute functional, regression, integration, and performance testing
• Work with API automation tools and validate backend workflows
• Support domain-specific testing for platforms like ServiceNow, PeopleSoft, SAP, and Salesforce
• Perform defect tracking, reporting, and resolution follow-up
• Integrate tests into CI/CD and Agile delivery processes
• Collaborate with developers, QA leads, business teams, and stakeholders
• Ensure high test coverage and release quality
• Contribute to continuous improvement in QA practices
🎯 Experience & Qualification Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field preferred
• Relevant experience based on role requirement
• Strong hands-on expertise in the respective technology stack
• Good understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies
• Experience with defect tracking and test management tools
• Strong analytical, debugging, and communication skills
• Ability to work in fast-paced enterprise environments
