🧩 Role Overview – Quality Assurance Engineer (Automation Focus)
Alepo is hiring a Quality Assurance Engineer with strong automation expertise to join its high-impact R&D team.
This role is ideal for professionals who want to work on advanced telecom products, build scalable automation frameworks, and contribute to quality at every stage of the software lifecycle.
In this role, you will:
• Build and maintain robust test automation frameworks
• Perform API, functional, and performance testing
• Work closely with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment
You will play a key role in improving product quality, release confidence, and testing efficiency.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks
• Perform functional, API, regression, and performance testing
• Identify, log, track, and validate defects with clear documentation
• Collaborate with developers, product teams, and QA stakeholders
• Improve QA processes, tooling, and test coverage
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines
• Support release readiness and production validation
• Contribute to continuous quality improvement across the product lifecycle
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and sprint activities
• Work on modern telecom applications with high ownership
🎯 Experience & Qualification Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field preferred
• 3–7 years of experience in QA / Software Testing
• Strong hands-on experience in Automation Testing
• Experience with Selenium, Appium, or Robot Framework
• Strong knowledge of API testing using REST / Postman
• Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins or GitLab
• Exposure to performance testing tools like JMeter or Gatling
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies
• Good analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Mobile testing experience (iOS / Android)
• Exposure to Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Experience testing modern web apps such as React or Next.js
• Telecom domain experience
• Knowledge of test reporting and automation best practices
