🧩 Role Overview – QA Automation Engineer
Talent Advisor is hiring an experienced QA Automation Engineer with strong expertise in Selenium WebDriver, Ruby, enterprise platform testing, and API validation.
This role is ideal for professionals with hands-on experience in Salesforce and ServiceNow testing, along with strong knowledge of automation frameworks and CI/CD workflows.
In this role, you will:
• Build and maintain scalable automation solutions for enterprise systems
• Perform automation and manual testing across Salesforce and ServiceNow platforms
• Ensure high-quality releases through API, UI, and backend validation
You will play a key role in improving test coverage, automation maturity, and release reliability across business-critical applications.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and maintain automation test scripts using Selenium WebDriver
• Perform Automation and Manual Testing for Salesforce and ServiceNow applications
• Execute API testing using Postman and REST Assured
• Validate backend systems and databases using SQL queries
• Integrate automated test suites with CI/CD pipelines
• Collaborate with development, QA, and DevOps teams in Agile environments
• Track, analyze, and report defects using structured QA processes
• Maintain version control and automation assets using Git
• Contribute to framework enhancements and QA best practices
• Support release validation, regression testing, and quality improvements
🎯 Experience & Qualification Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field preferred
• 4–6 years of experience in QA Automation / Software Testing
• Strong hands-on experience in Selenium WebDriver
• Proficiency in Ruby programming language
• Experience in Salesforce Testing (Automation & Manual)
• Experience in ServiceNow Testing (Automation & Manual)
• Hands-on experience in API Testing using Postman / REST Assured
• Experience with CI/CD integration and automation workflows
• Familiarity with Git version control systems
• Strong knowledge of SQL and database validation
• Good understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and testing processes
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
⭐ Nice to Have Skills
• Knowledge of Python, JavaScript, Java, TypeScript, or C#
• Hands-on experience with Cypress, Playwright, or Appium
• Experience with enterprise automation frameworks
• Exposure to cloud-based testing environments
• Strong debugging and problem-solving capabilities
