🧩 Role Overview – Manual Tester (QA)
Webority Technologies is hiring a detail-oriented Manual Tester to strengthen its QA team in Gurgaon.
This role is ideal for professionals who enjoy testing, finding defects, improving product quality, and working closely with developers and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
In this role, you will:
• Validate system requirements through structured testing
• Design and execute test cases across multiple scenarios
• Support quality improvements across product releases
You will play a key role in ensuring stable, reliable, and user-friendly software delivery.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
• Analyze system requirements and specifications
• Design and execute test cases for functional, regression, integration, and exploratory testing
• Identify, document, and track bugs using JIRA, Bugzilla, or similar tools
• Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to resolve issues
• Perform regression testing and ensure cross-platform compatibility
• Prepare clear and concise test reports
• Contribute to QA process improvements and release quality
• Support Agile delivery cycles and sprint testing activities
• Validate application behavior across environments
• Ensure timely defect closure and high-quality releases
🎯 Experience & Qualification Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field preferred
• 1–3 years of experience in Manual Testing / QA
• Strong understanding of testing methodologies, SDLC, and STLC
• Experience with JIRA, TestRail, Quality Center, or similar tools
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum practices
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Good attention to detail and problem-solving ability
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
