🧩 Role Overview – Test Automation Engineer (P&C Insurance | Guidewire / Sapiens)
LTM is hiring an experienced Test Automation Engineer with strong expertise in automation testing and deep domain knowledge in P&C Insurance.
This role is ideal for professionals who have hands-on experience in Guidewire or Sapiens, along with strong automation skills across UI and API layers—key capabilities in the insurance testing ecosystem.
• Develop and execute automation scripts across enterprise insurance applications
• Maintain scalable automation frameworks
• Support end-to-end quality validation for P&C insurance systems
You will play a key role in improving automation coverage, release quality, and delivery confidence.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute automation test scripts for web and backend systems
• Maintain and enhance automation frameworks for scalability and reuse
• Perform UI and API automation testing across insurance applications
• Analyze test results, identify issues, and report defects in JIRA
• Collaborate with development and business teams for issue resolution
• Support E2E, Functional, Regression, and UAT testing activities
• Integrate automation execution into CI/CD pipelines
• Contribute to quality improvements and test process optimization
• Ensure stable and high-quality delivery of business-critical systems
🎯 Experience & Qualification Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field preferred
• 3+ years of experience in Automation Testing
• Strong experience in Java-based automation testing
• Hands-on knowledge of Playwright / Selenium / TestNG
• Experience in UI and API automation
• Good understanding of BDD and Hybrid frameworks
• Experience with JIRA and MCP Server
• CI/CD exposure using GitHub Actions
• Strong communication, debugging, and problem-solving skills
• Must have experience in P&C Insurance domain
• Guidewire or Sapiens product experience is mandatory
• Experience with Habenaro or Cucumber frameworks
• Exposure to insurance workflows and policy lifecycle testing
• Knowledge of enterprise test reporting and metrics
• Agile/Scrum delivery experience
