🚀 Job Overview – Senior Quality Assurance Analyst Role

Pollard Digital Solutions is actively hiring a Senior Quality Assurance Analyst to strengthen its QA leadership team supporting large-scale, high-availability digital platforms used globally. This role is ideal for senior QA professionals who thrive in CI/CD-driven environments, enjoy owning release quality, and possess deep expertise in automation, API testing, microservices, performance, and security testing.

As a Senior QA Analyst, you will play a critical role in shaping QA strategy, improving testing efficiency, and ensuring seamless delivery across web and mobile platforms. You will work closely with Development, Product, Business, and Offshore teams, influencing quality decisions at every stage of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).

🔍 Key Responsibilities & Day-to-Day Activities

✅ Test Strategy, Planning & Execution

Analyze business and technical requirements to design comprehensive test strategies

Create and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test scenarios

Lead functional, regression, UAT, accessibility, and performance testing

Ensure end-to-end test coverage across web and mobile applications

✅ Automation, CI/CD & Modern QA Practices

Manage and enhance automation testing frameworks

Oversee testing within CI/CD pipelines

Drive continuous testing initiatives aligned with DevOps best practices

Improve test execution speed, reliability, and release confidence

✅ API, Microservices & Observability Testing

Perform advanced API testing across microservices architectures

Validate system integrations, data flows, and service reliability

Support observability, monitoring, and performance metrics

Provide expert input on system performance, scalability, and security

✅ Leadership, Mentorship & Collaboration

Review and mentor test cases created by QA team members

Provide QA leadership and technical guidance to junior and mid-level testers

Coordinate testing efforts with onshore and offshore teams

Collaborate closely with Developers, Product Owners, and Business stakeholders

✅ Risk Management & Process Improvement

Identify testing risks across projects and propose mitigation strategies

Continuously improve QA methodologies, tools, and best practices

Stay updated with latest QA tools, trends, and testing frameworks

Ensure adherence to quality standards across all releases

🧠 Required Skills & Qualifications

🎯 Must-Have Skills

8+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance & Testing

Strong understanding of SDLC & STLC (Agile, Waterfall)

Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks

Strong exposure to API testing, microservices testing

Knowledge of performance, security, and usability testing

Excellent analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills

Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities

Ability to mentor, lead, and influence QA teams

🎓 Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related discipline
