🧩 Role Overview – Automation Testing (Selenium + Java)
TCS is hiring experienced Automation Testing professionals as part of its Mega Walk-In Drive at the Indore campus.
This opportunity is ideal for QA professionals with strong expertise in Selenium Automation, Java programming, test framework development, and enterprise application testing.
In this role, you will:
• Develop and maintain automation testing solutions
• Execute end-to-end testing activities across enterprise applications
• Collaborate with Agile teams to ensure high-quality software delivery
You will contribute to mission-critical projects while working with modern automation technologies and global delivery teams.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and maintain automation test scripts using Selenium and Java
• Execute Functional, Regression, Integration, and End-to-End Testing
• Develop reusable automation frameworks and testing utilities
• Perform defect identification, tracking, and verification
• Collaborate with developers and business stakeholders
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and sprint activities
• Improve automation coverage and testing efficiency
• Support release validation and production readiness
• Prepare test execution reports and quality metrics
• Contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives
🎯 Experience & Qualification Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, MCA, or related field
• 3–8 years of experience in Automation Testing
• Strong hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver
• Good programming knowledge in Java
• Experience with test automation frameworks
• Strong understanding of SDLC and STLC
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Experience in defect tracking and reporting
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
⭐ Nice to Have Skills
• API Testing experience
• CI/CD pipeline exposure
• TestNG or JUnit framework knowledge
• Database testing experience
• Performance testing exposure
