🧩 Role Overview – QA Engineer (Manual Testing | Automation Exposure)
Team Computers is hiring a QA Engineer with strong Manual Testing experience and basic to intermediate Automation Testing knowledge.
This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy functional validation, regression testing, defect tracking, and working in a quality-focused environment with some automation exposure.
In this role, you will:
• Perform high-quality manual testing across software applications
• Support automation activities where required
• Work closely with development and QA teams to ensure product stability
You will play a key role in improving release confidence, user experience, and overall product quality.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
• Perform Functional, Regression, Smoke, and Integration Testing
• Design, create, and execute test cases and test scenarios
• Identify, document, and track defects with clear reporting
• Support manual validation across application releases
• Collaborate with developers and business teams for issue resolution
• Assist with automation testing activities when needed
• Validate software quality against requirements and business expectations
• Maintain test execution reports and QA documentation
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and sprint activities
• Contribute to continuous quality improvements
🎯 Experience & Qualification Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field preferred
• 1+ years of experience in QA / Software Testing
• Strong hands-on experience in Manual Testing
• Good knowledge of Functional, Regression, Smoke, and Integration Testing
• Experience in Test Case Creation and Defect Tracking
• Understanding of SDLC and STLC
• Exposure to Selenium or any automation testing tool preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Immediate joiners only
⭐ Nice to Have Skills
• Basic to intermediate automation exposure
• Experience with Jira or similar defect tracking tools
• API testing awareness
• Agile/Scrum experience
• Strong attention to detail and quality mindset
