🧩 Role Overview – Manual QA Engineer
Intellisoft Tech is hiring a Manual QA Engineer for a remote work-from-home opportunity.
This role is focused exclusively on Manual Testing and is ideal for candidates who have experience validating software quality through structured testing processes and defect management practices.
In this role, you will:
• Perform manual testing across software applications
• Validate functionality, usability, and release quality
• Collaborate with teams to support stable product delivery
You will play a key role in ensuring application reliability and smooth release cycles.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
• Perform Manual Testing for web applications and product workflows
• Execute Functional, Regression, Smoke, and Sanity Testing
• Design, review, and execute test cases and test scenarios
• Identify, log, track, and verify defects clearly
• Collaborate with developers and QA teams for issue resolution
• Support release validation and production readiness
• Maintain test documentation and execution reports
• Participate in Agile team activities
• Ensure high-quality product delivery
• Contribute to continuous QA process improvements
🎯 Experience & Qualification Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field preferred
• Experience in Manual Testing / QA preferred
• Strong understanding of software testing fundamentals
• Hands-on experience in Manual Testing only
• Good knowledge of SDLC and STLC
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and collaboration abilities
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup
• Comfortable working in the 12 PM – 9 PM IST shift
⭐ Nice to Have Skills
• Experience with defect tracking tools like JIRA
• Basic API testing knowledge
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum workflows
• Familiarity with web application testing
