🧩 Role Overview – QA Analyst
DEXIAN India is hiring a QA Analyst with strong experience in manual and functional testing.
This role is ideal for professionals who are confident in test planning, execution, defect management, and user acceptance testing while working closely with business and technical teams.
In this role, you will:
• Own testing activities across functional and business workflows
• Support UAT and stakeholder-driven validation
• Ensure high-quality delivery across enterprise applications
You will play a key role in improving release confidence, defect visibility, and software reliability.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
• Perform Manual and Functional Testing for enterprise applications
• Create and maintain test plans, test cases, and test execution reports
• Track, manage, and verify defects throughout the testing lifecycle
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business stakeholders
• Collaborate with developers, analysts, and business teams
• Validate application functionality across Agile and Waterfall projects
• Participate in requirement analysis and test strategy discussions
• Ensure timely reporting of test results and release readiness
• Maintain structured QA documentation and evidence
• Contribute to continuous process improvement in testing practices
🎯 Experience & Qualification Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field preferred
• 4–8 years of experience in QA / Software Testing
• Strong hands-on experience in manual and functional testing
• Experience in test planning, execution, and defect management
• Exposure to Agile and Waterfall methodologies
• Experience with UAT and working with business stakeholders
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus
• Exposure to GCP / cloud environments is desirable
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a remote setup
⭐ Nice to Have Skills
• Experience with JIRA or similar defect tracking tools
• Exposure to API testing
• Familiarity with enterprise workflows and release cycles
• Knowledge of database validation basics
• Experience in cross-functional stakeholder collaboration
