🧩 Role Overview – QA Engineer
Talenque is hiring a QA Engineer with strong hands-on experience in Manual Testing and API Testing.
This role is ideal for professionals who enjoy validating software quality, identifying defects, and supporting stable product releases through structured QA practices.
In this role, you will:
• Perform Manual Testing across application features and workflows
• Validate APIs using Postman and support release quality
• Work closely with developers and agile teams to ensure high-quality delivery
You will play a key role in improving software reliability, test coverage, and user satisfaction.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
• Execute Manual, Functional, and Regression Testing activities
• Design, prepare, and execute test cases and test scenarios
• Perform API Testing using Postman
• Identify, document, and track bugs with clear reporting
• Support bug verification and defect closure with development teams
• Validate application functionality against requirements
• Work with SQL queries for basic database validation
• Collaborate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and sprint activities
• Contribute to release readiness and quality assurance processes
• Maintain test documentation and execution reports
🎯 Experience & Qualification Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field preferred
• 2–5 years of experience in Software Testing / QA
• Good hands-on experience in Manual Testing
• Hands-on experience in API Testing using Postman
• Experience in Test Case Creation and Execution
• Good understanding of Bug Tracking and Reporting
• Strong knowledge of Regression and Functional Testing
• Basic SQL knowledge
• Agile/Scrum experience
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
⭐ Nice to Have Skills
• Automation Testing exposure with Selenium or Cypress
• Experience with Jira or similar tools
• Cross-browser and web application testing knowledge
• Basic knowledge of test management tools
