🧩 Role Overview – Manual QA Tester
Oppvenuz is hiring a Manual QA Tester to strengthen its quality assurance team and ensure the delivery of reliable, user-friendly, and high-performing applications.
This role is ideal for professionals with hands-on experience in web and mobile application testing who are passionate about identifying defects, improving product quality, and delivering exceptional user experiences.
In this role, you will:
• Validate web and mobile applications across multiple platforms
• Execute comprehensive testing cycles and defect management activities
• Collaborate with development and product teams to ensure release quality
You will play a critical role in maintaining software quality standards and ensuring smooth product releases.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
• Design, prepare, and execute detailed test cases and test scenarios
• Perform Manual Testing across web and mobile applications (iOS & Android)
• Conduct Functional, Regression, Smoke, and Integration Testing
• Identify, document, track, and verify defects throughout the testing lifecycle
• Validate application functionality against business requirements
• Collaborate with developers and stakeholders for issue resolution
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and sprint activities
• Maintain testing documentation, reports, and execution records
• Ensure product quality before production releases
• Contribute to QA process improvements and testing best practices
🎯 Experience & Qualification Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field preferred
• 2+ years of experience in Manual Testing
• Strong experience in Mobile Application Testing (iOS & Android)
• Hands-on experience in Web Application Testing
• Good understanding of STLC and software quality processes
• Experience creating and executing test cases
• Knowledge of defect tracking and bug management practices
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
⭐ Nice to Have Skills
• API Testing exposure
• Database testing knowledge
• Automation Testing awareness
• Experience with Jira or similar defect tracking tools
• Cross-browser and cross-device testing experience
