Nagarro is actively hiring an experienced QA Engineer with strong expertise in MS Dynamics 365 CRM testing, API testing, and SQL validation. This role is ideal for professionals who can take end-to-end ownership of quality, work closely with development teams, and ensure defect-free enterprise CRM solutions. You will be part of a highly collaborative Agile environment, contributing to the testing of complex business workflows, integrations, and data-driven CRM applications.
🔧 Essential Skillset & Responsibilities
💫 MS Dynamics 365 CRM Testing
Hands-on experience testing MS Dynamics 365 CRM applications
Validate CRM workflows, customizations, integrations, and business rules
Support testing, optimization, and maintenance of enterprise CRM systems
Ensure functional accuracy and system stability across releases
💫 Manual, Functional & Regression Testing
Design, create, and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts
Perform manual, functional, regression, and integration testing
Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and Agile ceremonies
Ensure full test coverage aligned with business requirements
💫 API Testing Expertise
Strong experience in API testing (REST services)
Validate request/response payloads, status codes, and business logic
Perform integration testing between CRM, backend services, and third-party systems
💫 SQL & Data Validation
Write and execute SQL queries to validate data accuracy and integrity
Perform backend data validation across multiple environments
Ensure correct data flow across CRM modules and integrated systems
💫 Defect Management & Collaboration
Log, track, and manage defects end-to-end using defect management tools
Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders
Provide clear test status reports and quality metrics
🧠 Methodologies & Process Knowledge
Strong understanding of SDLC and STLC
Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and Agile ceremonies
Experience working in fast-paced, iterative delivery models
Ability to manage testing activities independently
