This role is ideal for professionals with strong expertise in Selenium automation, Java, and API testing using Rest Assured, who are ready to take ownership of quality engineering and lead testing initiatives across complex systems.
As a Lead I – Software Testing, you will play a critical role in defining test strategies, guiding automation efforts, and ensuring high-quality software delivery across agile teams.
🔍 Mandatory Skills & Technical Expertise
💫 Automation & API Testing Expertise
Strong hands-on experience with Selenium Automation Framework
Solid programming knowledge in Java
Extensive experience in API Testing using Rest Assured
Experience validating REST APIs, request/response payloads, and authentication flows
💫 Testing & Quality Engineering
Strong understanding of Manual and Automation Testing concepts
Experience in Test Planning, Test Design, Execution & Defect Management
Knowledge of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies
Ability to lead testing activities across multiple modules and teams
🧑💻 Experience & Eligibility Criteria
Total Experience: 4 to 13 years in Software Testing
Relevant Experience: Selenium, Java, API Automation
Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days only
Work Locations: Candidates must be open to Trivandrum, Pune, Kochi, or Chennai
