🧩 Role Overview – Senior Automation QA Engineer (EDS)

HCLTech is hiring an experienced Senior Automation QA Engineer with strong expertise in Enterprise Digital Services (EDS) and Automation Testing.

This role is ideal for senior QA professionals who possess deep automation expertise, framework development experience, and the ability to drive quality initiatives across enterprise applications.

In this role, you will:

• Develop and maintain automation testing solutions for enterprise systems

• Support migration testing using existing automation frameworks

• Drive quality assurance activities throughout the complete SDLC lifecycle

You will work closely with development teams, business stakeholders, and Agile squads to ensure successful delivery of high-quality software products.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute automation test scripts for enterprise applications

• Perform functional validation and end-to-end automation testing

• Support migration testing using existing automation frameworks

• Participate in Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, and release activities

• Review automation code and ensure adherence to quality standards

• Analyze requirements and create effective testing strategies

• Identify, track, and manage defects throughout the testing lifecycle

• Prepare testing documentation, reports, and execution summaries

• Collaborate with developers, product teams, and stakeholders

• Drive quality improvements across the complete SDLC lifecycle
