🔍 Key Responsibilities
✅ Manual Testing Responsibilities
Understand business requirements and functional specifications
Design, write, and execute test cases and test scenarios
Perform functional, regression, system, and UI testing
Identify, log, and track defects with proper documentation
Retest defects and validate fixes before release
✅ Automation & Technical Testing
Assist in developing and executing automation test scripts
Work with Selenium-based automation frameworks
Perform API testing to validate backend services
Execute test cases across different browsers and environments
Support test execution for web-based applications
✅ Collaboration & Quality Assurance
Work closely with developers and senior QA members
Participate in test case reviews and sprint discussions
Contribute to improving QA processes and best practices
Ensure high-quality deliverables across all releases
🛠 Required Skills & Technical Expertise
🎯 Must-Have Skills
Basic to intermediate experience in Manual Testing
Exposure to Automation Testing using Selenium
Understanding of Software Testing Concepts & STLC
Knowledge of API Testing fundamentals
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
➕ Added Advantage (Good to Have)
Exposure to React.js or Next.js
Basic understanding of web application architecture
Familiarity with modern testing tools and frameworks
Willingness to learn new tools and technologies
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
Experience: 0.6 to 2 years (Internship experience is acceptable)
Education: Graduate in Computer Science / IT / Engineering or related field
