🧩 Role Overview – QA Manual Tester
TechPerspect Software Pvt. Ltd. is hiring an experienced QA Manual Tester to support software quality and delivery across projects.
This role is ideal for professionals with hands-on manual testing experience who are comfortable working in a fast-paced, onsite environment.
In this role, you will:
• Perform manual testing across application workflows
• Validate functionality and release quality
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery
You will play a key role in improving product reliability and ensuring timely defect closure.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
• Perform Manual Testing for software applications
• Design and execute test cases and test scenarios
• Carry out Functional, Regression, and System Testing
• Identify, log, and track defects using bug tracking tools
• Collaborate with developers and stakeholders for issue resolution
• Support release validation and quality assurance activities
• Maintain test documentation and reports
• Participate in Agile team activities
• Ensure timely closure of defects
• Contribute to process improvements in QA
🎯 Experience & Qualification Requirements
• B.Tech / B.E. / MCA / M.Tech qualification preferred
• 2–6 years of experience in QA Manual Testing
• Strong understanding of testing fundamentals and SDLC/STLC
• Hands-on experience in Manual Testing
• Good knowledge of defect lifecycle and bug tracking tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to work from office in Noida Sec. 62
• Immediate to 30 days notice period preferred
⭐ Nice to Have Skills
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments
• Exposure to API testing basics
• Knowledge of JIRA or similar tools
• Experience testing enterprise applications
